I received damaged piece this time. Due to eid rush, we sent the fabric for stitching. During that we noticed it was damaged at 4 places.
Customer Care declined to return or compensate saying “you should have noticed before cutting or stitching”.
One who buys from a brand should check every inch of the fabric before processing. Does it make any sense?
Disappointed….
